Childcare providers are the workforce behind the workforce. Without livable wages, many workers are forced to choose between their passion for the workforce or pay their bills to take care of their own families.

On May 8, childcare providers across the country closed their doors and came together demanding:

1️⃣ An equitable child care system, built on racial and gender justice
2️⃣ Thriving wages for child care providers
3️⃣ Affordable child care for all families

Together, we can deliver a childcare system that funds the true cost of care.

Imagine thriving wages for providers. Affordable and accessible child care. A system rooted in racial justice.
