We all have a story. And we all want our story to be heard. This seemed to be a recurring theme weaved into many of yesterday’s presentations at the Social Good Summit. Your story could be about your struggle in the face of deportation, or your story could be about making a better life for your children in our bleak economy.
Or maybe your story isn’t about difficulty, but about overcoming challenges. Maybe your story is about a family reunited, or a community standing together against hate.
The Social Good Summit shows how latest technologies are used to tell and share these stories for global good, but you don’t need to be high-tech to use your voice. Tell a neighbor, tell a friend, tell us here at the Center for Community Change. Whatever your story is, you’re the only one that can tell it.
Zack Langway is the Web and New Media Manager for the Center for Community Change, and will be blogging from the Social Good Summit throughout the week. Do you have a story to tell? Email zlangway(at)communitychange(dot)org and share it with us.
